Subscription Policy

This policy explains DuranAcademy.com subscription billing, automatic renewal, cancellations, access rules, no-refund terms, chargebacks, discounts, and support boundaries.

Important: digital subscription payments are final

DuranAcademy.com provides immediate digital access to protected training content. All subscription and renewal payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where DuranAcademy.com determines that a billing error occurred. You must cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.

Cancellation path

Sign in to your DuranAcademy.com account, open the dashboard, and use the billing tools connected to Stripe. Support messages do not cancel billing. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the full service and data terms.

1. Overview

This Subscription Policy applies to all DuranAcademy.com subscriptions, digital training memberships, protected video access, live training access, course catalog access, and related digital services.

DuranAcademy.com sells online digital training access. Because access begins shortly after payment and the service includes protected digital content, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where DuranAcademy.com determines that a billing error occurred.

By subscribing, you agree to this Subscription Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Available plans, plan names, prices, billing intervals, currency, included access, and checkout terms are displayed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

DuranAcademy.com may offer monthly, quarterly, promotional, discounted, trial, or other subscription plans. The exact terms shown at checkout control the subscription you purchase.

Prices may change in the future. If a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide notice where required by law or card-network rules. If you do not agree to a future price change, you must cancel before the renewal date.

3. Automatic Renewal Authorization

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize DuranAcademy.com and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for each billing period until the subscription is canceled, expires, fails, or is terminated.

Your payment method may be charged at the beginning of each billing period. Renewal dates, invoice amounts, taxes, and billing details may be available in Stripe checkout, Stripe receipts, invoices, or the Stripe Customer Portal.

You are responsible for reviewing your renewal date and canceling before that date if you do not want another charge.

4. When Access Starts

Access to protected training content begins after successful payment authorization and subscription activation, subject to account verification, payment status, fraud review, and platform availability.

Some courses, videos, live sessions, or resources may be added, removed, replaced, updated, rescheduled, or reorganized during your subscription. A subscription provides access to the included member library as it exists during the active subscription period; it does not guarantee permanent access to any specific video or event.

5. Cancellation Requirement

You must cancel through the billing tools connected to your DuranAcademy.com account, usually through the dashboard and Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Emailing, texting, calling, leaving a voicemail, sending a social media message, replying to a receipt, or submitting a support message does not cancel your subscription. Support can guide you to the billing tools, but support messages are not cancellation notices.

For security reasons, support may not be able to access, modify, or cancel billing on your behalf. You are responsible for completing cancellation inside the billing portal.

6. Effect of Cancellation

Canceling stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund current or past charges.

Unless your account is terminated for misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violation, or payment risk, you may continue to access paid content until the end of the already-paid billing period.

After the paid period ends, protected video access and subscriber-only features may stop immediately.

7. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments, renewal payments, digital passes, promotional payments, discounted payments, and digital training access purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where DuranAcademy.com determines that a billing error occurred.

No refunds or credits are provided for failure to use the service, failure to watch videos, failure to attend live sessions, lack of internet access, changes in your business, changes in your brokerage, changes in any third-party CRM platform, AI tool, or technology system discussed in the training, dissatisfaction with results, accidental renewal, forgetting to cancel, duplicate accounts created by you, partial billing periods, or cancellation after a renewal charge has already processed.

No prorated refunds are provided when you cancel during a billing period. Cancel before renewal if you do not want to continue.

8. Refund Exceptions

DuranAcademy.com may, in its sole discretion, review a documented billing error. Examples may include a verified duplicate charge caused by our system, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or another payment-processing error that we can verify through Stripe records.

Approved exceptions are processed through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on Stripe, your card network, and your financial institution.

A support conversation, refund request, or dispute does not guarantee a refund.

9. Failed Payments and Past-Due Accounts

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment according to billing settings. We may suspend or limit access while a subscription is unpaid, incomplete, past due, disputed, canceled, expired, or otherwise inactive.

You are responsible for keeping payment information current. Updating a payment method after a failed payment does not create a refund right for prior charges.

10. Promotions, Discounts, and Trials

Promotional prices, discount codes, coupons, free trials, introductory offers, or first-period discounts apply only as stated at checkout. Unless checkout says otherwise, the subscription renews at the regular price after the promotional or discounted period ends.

If you do not want to be charged the regular renewal price, you must cancel before the promotional, discounted, or trial period ends.

Only one promotion may be allowed per account, customer, card, email address, household, brokerage, or business, unless we approve otherwise.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a valid charge with your bank or payment provider instead of using the cancellation process, we may suspend or terminate your account, preserve billing and access records, and submit evidence of the transaction, account access, policy acceptance, and usage to Stripe or the payment network.

A chargeback does not cancel a subscription unless Stripe or DuranAcademy.com confirms that the subscription has been canceled. You remain responsible for canceling future renewals through the billing tools.

12. Account Sharing and Misuse

Subscriptions are for the account holder only unless a plan expressly allows team use. Sharing logins, sharing protected video access, recording training videos, redistributing course materials, bypassing subscription controls, or using payment methods without authorization may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

We may limit access or require verification if unusual login, billing, or usage activity suggests misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or account sharing.

13. Content and Schedule Changes

Training content, course names, video availability, catalog organization, live training schedules, event dates, speakers, and included resources may change at any time. These changes do not create a refund right.

Live sessions may be rescheduled, canceled, replaced with recordings, or moved to another format. Your subscription is for access to the member training platform, not for a guaranteed number of live events in a specific month.

14. Support and Billing Help

For billing or subscription help, visit your DuranAcademy.com dashboard and use the billing portal where available. You may also contact support at info@inplex.ai.

Support can answer questions and point you to account tools, but support cannot guarantee cancellation, refunds, or changes unless DuranAcademy.com confirms the action in writing.

15. Policy Changes

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The Last Updated date shows when it was last revised. The policy posted at the time of your transaction and the terms shown at checkout apply to that transaction, except where future changes are required by law or apply to future renewals after notice.
