Account information: when you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, Google account identifier, profile photo, and other basic profile details made available through Google OAuth.

Authentication and session information: we use Supabase Auth and related cookies or tokens to keep you signed in, secure your account, and control access to protected pages.

Subscription and billing information: when you subscribe, Stripe processes payment details and sends us information such as customer identifier, subscription status, plan, renewal period, invoice status, transaction status, refund or dispute status, and limited billing details. We do not store complete credit card numbers on DuranAcademy.com servers.

Course and platform activity: we may collect course pages viewed, videos started or watched, watch-history records, dashboard activity, course progress signals, training calendar registrations, and related member activity.

Support and communications: if you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, message content, account details, billing questions, and any files or context you choose to provide.

Technical and usage data: we may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps, log data, approximate location, cookies, and similar analytics or security information.

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, create and maintain accounts, display protected course content, operate the course catalog, manage subscriptions, process billing events, show watch history, register training activity, respond to support requests, improve course content, prevent abuse, detect fraud, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms and Subscription Policy.

We may also use contact information to send transactional messages, account notices, billing notices, support replies, service updates, policy updates, and training-related communications. You can opt out of non-transactional marketing messages where an opt-out method is provided.

DuranAcademy.com uses Stripe for subscription checkout, payment processing, invoices, payment method management, customer portal access, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and subscription status updates.

Stripe may collect and process payment method data, transaction data, device data, fraud signals, identity or verification data, tax information, refund details, chargeback details, and support-related payment information according to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Because Stripe handles payment-card processing, DuranAcademy.com does not receive or store complete card numbers or full payment credentials. Payment information is transmitted through encrypted checkout and payment-management services.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate DuranAcademy.com, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Stripe for payments and subscription management; Vercel for hosting and deployment; Google for sign-in; email and support tools; analytics, security, logging, and infrastructure providers; and video playback or delivery tools.

Service providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide services to us, comply with law, protect their systems, prevent fraud, or as otherwise described in their own policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or security issues, to respond to disputes or chargebacks, to enforce our policies, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell DuranAcademy.com member account data for money. We do not sell your course watch history, Google profile details, or subscription status to unrelated third parties for their independent advertising lists.

Some privacy laws define sale, sharing, or targeted advertising broadly. If analytics, remarketing, or advertising tools are added, we will handle applicable opt-out rights as required by law.

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, maintain sessions, secure accounts, measure performance, understand usage, remember preferences, and improve the member experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent login, checkout, video access, dashboard features, or other parts of the site from working correctly.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, process subscriptions, preserve billing and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, accounting records, payment records, security records, dispute records, or archival systems for a limited period after account deletion or cancellation where retention is necessary or legally permitted.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sharing, targeted advertising, or sale as those terms are defined by applicable law.

You can manage your subscription through the DuranAcademy.com dashboard and Stripe Customer Portal when available. Subscription cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Subscription Policy.

Deleting an account or making a privacy request does not automatically cancel a paid subscription unless cancellation is completed through the billing tools or we confirm cancellation in writing.

DuranAcademy.com is intended for real estate professionals and business training users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

DuranAcademy.com is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, checkout pages, training tools, video tools, or other resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services. Review their policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last Updated date shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the service after a policy update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
